Is it possible to get some games to run from a USB flash drive?

I was wondering if there was a way to adapt games for use in a USB flash drive, so that no files on the computer is used, something like a U3 flash drive based on programs, save without having to use the U3 firmware. Special interest to me to be part of the laptops would PopCap Games (Bookworm, Zuma Bejeweled and Bejeweled 2 and Twist in particular). Is there any way to do this? The games that I think is better suited to using a USB flash drive that their installation because they are smaller in size and are not really that workload (which I know would be a problem in the USB 2.0 flash drives). Now, by curiosity, I feel like installing Bejeweled Twist to my GB SanDisk USB 2.0 Flash 8 and see how it works.

I doubt you can do with most games nowadays, but some games, you can simply take your entire folder in the Program files and drag it to a unit. Then, just click on the EXE., With the files in the unity of the whole party. I am doing with the Unreal Tournament sometimes.
