Internet problems in the MacBook?

Each time you use a web browser (Safari, Google Chrome or Firefox), the problems I meet. When in Safari, if I click on a link on a page (for example, if Facebook, I click on my profile to download my profile, or if I click Blitz on jewelry), then download this link automatically. When closing the "Download" box, the Safari window is closed. I'm "Force quit Safari and then reopen for doing the same thing. In Google Chrome, it asks me to download, I'll say no, so I will not be in able to continue sailing. It continues. I could not get viruses on mac, but I think I have one. I am not computer savvy, so I do not know. Please help me someone! To please! I can not use the Internet at all bc of these problems. Also, if I restart, then there is "Macintosh HD" logo with an arrow that I click on my mac to start.

Option One key is stuck.
