Help !!!!!!!!!?

Very frustrating problem. Bejeweled 2 and downloaded on my computer. For some reason, lately, while I have been playing in the middle of a game my screen will go black, I hear a click from my computer, and then I see the home screen of Windows XP a few seconds. My Team basically shuts down and restarts. When my desktop appears a small box that appears says "The system has recovered from a serious error." So sending the report errors, but does not seem to help. He did it once while I was online too. Any ideas? My boyfriend is a computer expert, but even he is baffled for this.

Well, first of all that can be a computer person, but not an expert lol if it was him outside would fix the computer problem .. allready are really basic. It is a program for cleaning temporary files from your computer a file player other old plant left etc. and Adware (other spyware remover) all these programs are free for home use and are safe (you can ask more serious technical and that he would trust these tools), I also run an online virus scan because some viruses on your computer would change So I do not find antivirus and also can upgrade to IE7.
